MAUI BRICK OVEN
Maui Brick Oven exists because everyone deserves great food. With gourmet pizza, as well as a delicious assortment of appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts (plus a great children’s menu!), we’ve got what you want to eat, and we make it fresh with mostly local, organic ingredients. We will never be satisfied with anything less that phenomenal food expertly served with smile and a cool Hawaiian vibe.
Our story begins Kihei, Hawaii with two great chefs who have celiac disease (which means they must avoid even trace amounts of gluten). They knew that great food and gluten free are not mutually exclusive and built a restaurant (literally!) with the dream of designing a menu that includes amazing offerings for a broad array of dietary preferences and restrictions.
Our chefs soon joined forces with partners who are equally guided by the principle that everyone deserves great food so that we can share our menu worldwide. We are expanding and looking to expand further. If there is not a Maui Brick Oven in your city now, we hope there will be soon!

Maui Brick Oven was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives hosted by Guy Fieri. In fact, Guy deemed Maui Brick Oven’s Fish & Chips the best he’d ever tasted.
